Polish universities are being prepared for serious and far-reaching systemic transformations that have been announced from the beginning of his term of office by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and Higher Education – Jarosław Gowin. It is no surprise for the academic circles since for the last several years, time after time there have been significant changes in the university system – from the signing of the Boston Declaration to KRK [National Qualification Framework] in its 2.0 version, i.e. PRK [Polish Qualification Framework]. Discussion regarding the idea and practice of changes Universitas in the years 2012-2015 was going on also at the initiative of the Citizens of Science social movement, with its conclusions included in the document Pakt dla Nauki being a diagnosis of Polish science and higher education. Another multi-authored document refers to this work, mainly ON, i.e. Opinia Obywateli Nauki na temat projektów założeń do Ustawy 2.0 wraz z rekomendacjami, prepared on the basis of analyses of the proposal of principles of the Law 2.0 by three teams appointed by opened competition announces by the Ministry in Fenruary 2015. This text is a summary of the last document referring to the first one – Pakt dla Nauki.
